Eye Care For You
JOB OPENING
Eye Care For You is hiring a technician for our Preston office. This opening is a three to five day per week position with some weekly flexibility and will specifically include all Fridays and is 9:00-5:00 each day.
Our optometric technicians greet patients, perform basic health testing, gather health information, and prepare them to see the doctor. The technician stays in the exam room with the doctor and patient and inputs all examination information into the computer record.
This position requires full time hands on work with patients all day. You must enjoy people of all ages and dispositions and feel comfortable spending your time with them in small rooms. If you don’t enjoy people this job isn’t for you.
This position requires extensive computer use. You must be comfortable with basic computer use and we can train the specifics of the electronic medical records program if you are solidly computer literate.
We can train the technical skills if you bring good computer skills and most importantly great people skills. Please email a resume to preston@ecfy.net. We will be conducting interviews until we find the right candidate.
