Job opportunities

I'm Hiring for window cleaners 25 to 35 hrs per week Monday to Friday some Saturdays. 
Semi washing an pressure cleaning 15 to 20 hrs per week 
semi washing is 4 to 5 days a week we start 530pm or 630 pm 
Mondays an Tuesdays are our off days the main days are Saturday an Sunday

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION (Whittier Community Center)
OVERVIEW:
The Executive Director (the Director) serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Whittier Community Center (the Whittier). The Director reports directly to the Board of Directors (the Board), and is responsible for the Whittier’s achievement of its missions and financial objectives. This is an exempt, full-time position.
DETAILED POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Serve as an advisor to the Board, recommend and implement policies as adopted by the Board. Interpret program needs, and present recommendations on programs and issues to be considered, and inform the Board fully and accurately regarding programs.
Maintain the public image of the Whittier by publicizing the activities of the organization, its programs, and goals as well as creating public relation events. Work with local, state, and national boards and organizations to ensure that the Whittier’s services are presented in a strong, positive image. Establish sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements with local community groups and organizations. Pursue opportunities to expand services and funding.
Maintain a schedule for building use and work to recruit tenants and one-time users to maximize all available space. Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the building and handle renovation and historical preservation projects.
Prepare and administer the annual budget as approved by the board. Apply for appropriate grant funding, and provide direct oversight in the use of those funds. Develop and maintain sound financial practices, and see that the organization operates within budget guidelines. Manage the accounts and ensure the Whittier is operating according to applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Develop, plan, coordinate, and run Whittier sponsored events and fundraisers (e.g., Vittles and Fiddles, Renaissance Faire, Polar Express and Historic Halloween Carnival).
Maintain personnel and payroll records under supervision of the Executive Committee and Board.
Foster a climate to attract, keep, and motivate a diverse volunteer base of quality people.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
A passion for the mission of the Whittier
Excellent interpersonal relations skills
QuickBooks
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to speak publicly
Basic Internet and computer skills
Ability to find, motivate, and supervise volunteers
Have or be able to obtain a Utah Food Safety Managers license with 90 days of hire
DESIRED SKILLS:
Fund-raising and grant-writing background
Passion for historic preservation
Knowledge of local and state nonprofits
Basic maintenance skills
Web design and social media
Some marketing background
Spanish speaking
Budget preparation background
Payroll background
REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to commit 2-5 years to the position.
SALARY: $32,000 – $35,000, depending on experience.

  • If you want a very rewarding job, we are hiring at cache employment and training center. Hours are mon-fri from 8:45-3. Tell them I (Rochelle Jeppson) sent you and if you get hired, I get $50. It is working as an aide with people with varying degrees of disabilities. Teaching them job skills and stuff. I am the cook there.  Starts at around $8.50/hr, but there is room to move up.
